Jessica Bandlow
Gig Harbor, Washington

Jessica earned her B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in the heart of Houston, TX.  During law school she was active with advocacy, including mock trial, moot court, mediation and arbitration. She also served as Vice Chair for the prestigious Board of Advocates, a student organization responsible for the No. 1 Advocacy program in the country. Jessica also served as a summer extern in the Special Assault Unit for the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Kent Regional Justice Center.  After passing the Washington State Bar, Jessica volunteered and prosecuted traffic infractions for the City of Seattle Prosecuting Attorney's Office until finding a job with Bankruptcy Law.

Jessica has experience with Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, for both creditors and debtors, and adversary proceedings. Jessica's experience is not limited to bankruptcy. She also has experience in foreclosure and foreclosure avoidance (including "Foreclosure Fairness Act" mediations), post-foreclosure, title curative, HOA/COA, and litigation of the same. This diverse experience can better assist clients with a variety of related concerns.

If your claim involves a horse, talk to someone who owns horses, understands horses, and knows the industry.  Jessica's true passion is for horses and the horse industry.  For over 20 years she has owned, trained, and showed horses herself.  Today she is growing a practice in Equine Law to give back to an industry she loves in an effort to help horses, people, and equine facilities in her local equine communities.  If you have been around horses for any time at all, you know anything can happen, and you probably know a hundred crazy stories if you know one.  Some of her services include contracts, liens, liability suits, or legal issues related to breeding.  Perhaps you host clinics or horse shows, or operate a boarding and/or training facility.  Jessica would love to set up a consultation to discuss how she can help you with your Equine legal needs.
