Gig Harbor Law's real estate practice also includes what is commonly referred to as real estate loss mitigation. This area of practice includes, but is not limited to, foreclosure consults/counsel, short sale negotiation, loan modifications, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, mediation under the mortgage foreclosure fairness act, bad faith certification under the mortgage foreclosure fairness act, and assistance in attorney general escalation.
